PURPOSE
To discuss in executive session matters involving possible litigation and for the purpose of receiving legal advice.
BACKGROUND
The City Attorney requests an executive session to offer legal advice related to possible litigation and answer questions related thereto.
OPTIONS FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION
City Council may motion, with the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, to recess for an executive session pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and Charter Section 5.4(C)(3) to receive legal advice.
