PURPOSE
To discuss in executive session matters involving the possible purchase of real property to support a transportation project.
BACKGROUND
City staff will present an opportunity to purchase a parcel of land for a transportation project for City Council consideration. These discussions will determine positions relative to issues subject to negotiation or develop strategy for negotiations.
OPTIONS FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION
City Council may make a motion, with the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, to recess for an executive session pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a) and (e) and Charter Section 5.4(C)(1) and (2) for negotiations and to discuss real property acquisition to support a transportation project.
