1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Kreutzer called the meeting to order at 8:26 p.m.
2. SWEARING IN OF NEW COUNCIL MEMBERS
A. Swearing in of New Council Members
Judge Kristin Brown administered the oath of office to Mayor Kenneth J. Kreutzer, Councilmembers Matt Johnston, Gregory Mills, Clint Blackhurst and Mark Humbert.
3. ROLL CALL
Present: 9 - Mayor Kreutzer, Councilmember Baca, Councilmember Blackhurst,
Councilmember Edwards, Councilmember Humbert, Councilmember Johnston, Councilmember Mills, Councilmember Pollack, and Councilmember Wallin
4. APPROVAL OF REGULAR AGENDA
Motion by Councilmember Blackhurst, seconded by Councilmember Mills, to approve the Regular Agenda as presented. Motion passed by the following vote:
Aye: 9 - Mayor Kreutzer, Councilmember Baca, Councilmember Blackhurst,
Councilmember Edwards, Councilmember Humbert, Councilmember Johnston, Councilmember Mills, Councilmember Pollack, and Councilmember Wallin
5. CEREMONIES
A. Comments by New Council Members
Mayor Kreutzer, Councilmembers Blackhurst, Johnston and Mills introduced their families, thanked them for their support and expressed their excitement for the future.
6. GENERAL BUSINESS
A. Reorganization of City Council (Selection of New Mayor Pro Tem)
Mayor Kreutzer asked each Councilmember if he or she was interested in serving as Mayor Pro Tem and Councilmembers Baca and Edwards expressed an interest. City Clerk Natalie Hoel distributed paper ballots to all Councilmembers.
City Attorney Margaret Brubaker and City Clerk Natalie Hoel collected the ballots, and tallied the votes.
City Clerk Natalie Hoel announced that Councilmember Edwards would serve as Mayor Pro Tem.
City Clerk Natalie Hoel swore in Councilmember Edwards as Mayor Pro Tem.
7. ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Councilmember Humbert, seconded by Councilmember Baca, to adjourn at 8:54 p.m. Motion passed by the following vote:
