BACKGROUND/HISTORY

There are many concerns as to the effectiveness, efficiencies and processes that our current system (Innoprise) is achieving.

The City’s current system is lacking new developments in citizen engagement and service delivery.  The objective is to have the consultant help identify the gaps that we have in software and business processes in order to provide best of breed software solutions to city staff to increase productivity and find efficiencies.

Three (3) formal proposals were received on June 15, 2018 at 2:00 PM.

The firms submitting proposals are:

Ø                     Berry Dunn

Ø                     Point B, Inc.
