1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Kreutzer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A. Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag
Mayor Kreutzer led the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag.
B. Roll Call
Present: 9 - Mayor Kreutzer, Mayor Pro Tem Edwards, Councilmember Baca,
Councilmember Blackhurst, Councilmember Humbert, Councilmember
Johnston, Councilmember Mills, Councilmember Pollack, and Councilmember
Wallin
Councilmember Baca arrived at 6:11 p.m.
2. APPROVAL OF REGULAR AGENDA
The agenda was amended to add, “to include” after Special City Council Meeting on the title page.
Motion by Councilmember Humbert, seconded by Councilmember Blackhurst, to approve the
Regular Agenda as amended. Motion passed by the following vote:
Aye: 8 - Mayor Kreutzer, Mayor Pro Tem Edwards, Councilmember Blackhurst,
Councilmember Humbert, Councilmember Johnston, Councilmember Mills,
Councilmember Pollack, and Councilmember Wallin
Absent: 1 - Councilmember Baca
3. CEREMONIES
A. Front Range Community College 50th Anniversary Proclamation
Mayor Kreutzer read the Proclamation into the record and presented it to Front Range Community College Brighton Director Robert Engler.
Motion by Councilmember Johnston, seconded by Councilmember Mills, to approve the Proclamation. Motion passed by the following vote:

Councilmember Humbert, Councilmember Johnston, Councilmember Mills,
Councilmember Pollack, and Councilmember Wallin
Absent: 1 - Councilmember Baca
4. PUBLIC INVITED TO BE HEARD ON MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA (Speakers limited to five minutes)
Ryan Seastrom, 1800 Glenarm Place, Suite 1100, Denver, Colorado Oil and Gas Association. Mr. Seastrom introduced himself to Council and offered COGA as a resource to the City of Brighton.
5. GENERAL BUSINESS
A. Schedule a Special Study Session on July 31, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. to meet with CIRSA regarding the City Manager Evaluation Form and Process
Motion by Councilmember Wallin, seconded by Councilmember Humbert, to schedule a Special Study Session on July 31, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. to meet with CIRSA regarding the City Manager Evaluation form and process. Motion passed by the following vote:
