BACKGROUND

The City is actively constructing the Municipal Service Center (MSC), generally located on the north side of Denver Street adjacent to N. Main Street.  As a reminder, this facility will accommodate Public Works, Fleet, Parks Maintenance, and Utilities Shop staff, along with a Police Substation.

•                     Amendment 2: Following plan review and building code updates, the Professional was directed to redesign certain site elements and design additional elements.  The construction timeline was also extended, thereby requiring additional construction administrative services from the Professional.

This proposed amendment submitted here and recommended for City approval:

•                     Amendment 3: If approved, the Professional shall complete design changes to a staircase and extend the Engineers’ construction administration timeline.
