PURPOSE
To discuss in executive session matters involving the possible purchase of real property.
BACKGROUND
The City will consider the purchase of property. Any premature discussion would create an unfair advantage or disadvantage. This discussion will determine positions relative to issues subject to negotiation or develop strategy for negotiations.
OPTIONS FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION
City Council may make a motion, with the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, to recess for an executive session pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a) and (e) and Charter Section 5.4(C)(1) and (2) for negotiations and to discuss real property acquisitions or sales.
