PURPOSE
A Resolution changing and ratifying certain fees and charges assessed by the City of Brighton for Recreation Programs and Services in 2020.

BACKGROUND
Annually the Recreation staff review the fees and charges assessed by the City of Brighton for recreation programs. As a result of the review the following fees are recommended to be changed. The fees for the resident card is eliminated. Increase the fees for private swim lessons, and increase the room rental fees at the Eagle View Adult Center, see attached fee schedule. The fees will be effective January 1, 2020.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The fees and charges assessed at the Recreation Center partially fund the Recreation Programs for the City of Brighton.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommend approval of the Resolution.
OPTIONS FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION
1. Approve the Resolution.
2. Not approve the Resolution.
3. Refer the fees and charges back to staff for further review.
