PURPOSE

Designating the City of Brighton website as the Public Place to Post Notices and Agendas for the South Brighton General Improvement District.

 

BACKGROUND/HISTORY

Colorado Revised Statutes Section 24-6-402(2)(c)(III) states that a local public body has given full and timely notice of a public meeting if the agenda is posted no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to holding the meeting on a public website of the local public body.
