PURPOSE

This Conditional Use Permit application was continued by City Council at their meeting on August 7, 2018 to a date certain of August 21, 2018. The applicant has provided a handout and a draft of their PowerPoint for the coming meeting. Additional members of the applicant team plan on being present on the 21st to further comment on the matter. City Staff’s report on the application submitted for the meeting on the 7th is attached for reference.

 

OPTIONS FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION

The City Council will again have four options when reviewing this Conditional Use Permit application. City Council may:

1)                     Approve the Conditional Use Permit with the conditions presented;

2)                     Approve the Conditional Use Permit with additional or modified conditions;

3)                     Deny the Conditional Use Permit with specific justification regarding the denial; or

4)                     Continue the application to be heard at a later, specified date.
