PURPOSE
To celebrate the graduates from the Performance and Leadership Academy.
BACKGROUND
The Performance and Leadership Academy is a program led by the City of Brighton’s Budget and Innovation Department. The program offers trainings on organizational culture, leadership for managers, process improvement, and data analysis. These trainings are offered on multiple dates throughout the year.
Staff who complete the process improvement courses and complete an innovation project are eligible to graduate from the academy.
