PURPOSE
A Resolution Approving the 2015 Cemetery Rules and Regulations
BACKGROUND
Each year staff reviews the Rules and Regulations for the operation of the Brighton Cemeteries. The review is to ensure the Rules and Regulations are adequate to properly operate the Cemeteries in a safe and proper manner. The Rules and Regulations are changed only when the need arises, through a request by users or change in needs of the Cemetery staff. Attached are the proposed changes to the Rules and Regulations.

Staff recommends the approval of the Resolution adopting the Rules and Regulation changes for the Brighton Cemeteries
