PURPOSE
The Major Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment application (the "Application” or the “Amendment”) before the City Council is for an approximately 1.34-acre property (the “Property”), generally located to the north of Egbert Street, south of East Bridge Street, east of South 22nd Avenue and west of South 27th Avenue.
