PURPOSE
Approve a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Weld County for the collection of sales and/or use tax.
BACKGROUND
Weld County has requested the City approve a memorandum of understanding for the collection of sales and/or use tax. The only change from the previous MOU is the name of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Approve a resolution giving authority to the Mayor to sign the MOU with Weld County.
