PURPOSE
To discuss in executive session negotiations involving real property.
BACKGROUND
The City owns real property and has been negotiating with School District 27J the possibility of a transfer of some land in exchange for property in another location. The executive sessions will update on negotiations and seek direction.
OPTIONS FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION
City Council may make a motion, with affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, to recess for an executive session pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a) and (e) and Charter Section 5.4(C)(1) and (2) to for negotiations and to discuss real property acquisitions or sales.
