PURPOSE

Designating the City website as the Public Place to Post Notices and Agendas of regular, special, and other open meetings of the City Council, any board, committee, commission, authority, or local body of the City. Designating City Hall located at 500 South 4th Avenue as the secondary location during exigent circumstances or in the event of an emergency that prevents the public from accessing notices online for the calendar year 2020.

BACKGROUND/HISTORY

Colorado Revised Statutes Section 24-6-402(2)(c)(III) states that a local public body has given full and timely notice of a public meeting if the agenda is posted no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to holding the meeting on a public website of the local public body.
