PURPOSE
To present the City Manager’s Proposed 2027 and 2028 budgets to the City Council.
BACKGROUND
Per city code, the City Manager’s Proposed Budget is presented to City Council on or before the 20th day of September each year. This presentation includes expenditures for all funds and departments, including both operating and capital expenditures. Capital expenditures also include a five-year spending plan.
