REVIEW

On January 21, 2020, after holding the required public hearing, the City Council voted to continue the Bromley Park Planned Unit Development (PUD) 24th Amendment zone change to February 4, 2020. At the meeting on February 4th, a representative of the applicant team spoke and requested to continue the item to April 7, 2020. City Council acted on this request.

 

REQUEST OF CITY COUNCIL

The applicant, Brookfield Residential, is requesting that the City Council continue this item to their May 19, 2020 meeting. City staff supports the continuation request.
