PURPOSE
To authorize City employees who may sign on all financial and investment accounts of the City of Brighton.
BACKGROUND
The City Council adopted Resolution 2014-110 on December 16, 2014 updating the signers on the City’s accounts to include the City Manager, Finance Director, Assistant Finance Director and Accounting Manager.
Three of these positions are filled with new staff, which necessitates updating identified signers on the City’s accounts to conduct City business yet maintain proper Internal Controls.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the resolution be approved as drafted.
