PURPOSE:
To appoint by Resolution current member Sophia Imperioli as a Professional member to the Historic Preservation Commission.
BACKGROUND:
Sophia Imperioli is currently serving as a member and is now eligible to serve as a Professional Member on the Historic Preservation Commission. This Resolution will appoint Sophia Imperioli as a Professional Member. She will serve to the end of her current term, which expires in June 2029
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
A Resolution is attached for the purpose of appointing a Professional Member.
