PURPOSE
At the December 8, 2020 Study Session, City Clerk Natalie Hoel presented the recommendation by the Brighton Urban Renewal Authority to appoint Adrianne Roman, Gary Wardle and Wayne Scott to fill the open seats on BURA. City Council discussed the recommendation by BURA and determined that they would like to exercise their option under Section II. E. 5 of the Policy Regarding the Interview and Appointment Procedures for City Board, Commission and Authority Members approved by Resolution 2018-39 to interview the four individuals that applied for the open seats. To formally exercise this option Council should vote after a formal motion to do so.

 

City Council then can set a date and time to interview the four (4) applicants to fill the open Brighton Urban Renewal Authority seats.
