PURPOSE
To consider a resolution appointing City of Brighton Councilmember Clint Blackhurst as the City of Brighton representative on the Board of Directors of the Metro Water Reclamation District (Metro) for a two-year term ending June 30, 2025.

BACKGROUND
As a member agency, Brighton has one seat on the Metro Board of Directors, and the appointment of such board member must be made by the Mayor and City Council.

There is no financial impact related to this proposed resolution.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the Resolution appointing Councilmember Clint Blackhurst to the Metro Water Reclamation District’s Board of Directors.
