STRATEGIC FOCUS AREA

Facilities, Amenities, and Open Space

BACKGROUND

The Oasis pool shells have reached the end of their useful life and need to be replaced. Cracks have developed causing water loss. The cracks have been patched to get us through last season. However, that is no longer possible and a complete refinish is required.

FINANCIAL IMPACT

The lowest and most responsible bid is $550,000. Sufficient funds exist for the project in the Parks and Recreation capital budget.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that we award the project to the lowest bidder to complete the repairs.

OPTIONS FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION
