PURPOSE
To provide City Council with a listing of all contracts executed by the City during the previous calendar months.

 

BACKGROUND

The City typically executes dozens of contracts and change orders each month. This report is to provide the City Council with a listing of those contracts, including the purpose, contractor, and amount. This listing does not include small dollar goods, only agreements executed by purchase order.
