1. CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Pro Tem Johnston called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

A. Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag

Councilmember Taddeo led the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag.

B. Roll Call

Present: 6 - Mayor Pro Tem Johnston, Councilmember Cushing, Councilmember Humbert,
Councilmember Pollack, Councilmember Taddeo, and Councilmember Watts

Not Present: 2 - Mayor Mills, and Councilmember Blackhurst

Absent: 1 - Councilmember Jordinelli

2. APPROVAL OF REGULAR AGENDA

Motion by Councilmember Watts, seconded by Councilmember Cushing, to approve the Regular Agenda as presented. Motion passed by the following vote:

Aye: 6 - Mayor Pro Tem Johnston, Councilmember Cushing, Councilmember Humbert,
Councilmember Pollack, Councilmember Taddeo, and Councilmember Watts

Absent: 3 - Mayor Mills, Councilmember Blackhurst, and Councilmember Jordinelli

3. GENERAL BUSINESS

A. To discuss and take possible action under the City water management plan, or to discuss and take other actions as necessary regarding drought conditions

City Council, City Manager Jane Bais DiSessa and Acting City Attorney Lena McClelland discussed the Water Management Plan and the Brighton Municipal Code Section 13-4-180 regarding the declaration of drought stages.

Thomas Kendall, Brighton. Mr. Kendall is representing the Bromley Park HOA asked how this will affect the homeowners in an HOA and expressed concern with the builders placing more parkways in the City that require water and maintenance.
