PURPOSE
To amend the 2015 Budget for various items in the general fund, capital improvements fund, parks and recreation capital fund and the impact fees fund.
BACKGROUND
General Fund - Various operating projects were budgeted in 2014 budget did not get completed by year end and they were included in the 2015 budget (Streets feasibility study for combined maintenance facility, Streets transportation master plan, Parks indoor & outdoor facility master plan, Community Development food production plan & public works standards graphics).  In addition, there are additional 2015 projects that are required (ADA survey, City-wide recycling, Streets de-icer, and various other small adjustments).
Capital Improvements Fund - Various projects have remaining dollars that can be transferred to other projects requiring additional funds.  
Parks and Recreation Capital Fund - This is to add funds for the Sister Cities Friendship Plaza for the event this summer.
Impact Fees Fund - In the 2015 adopted budget, a transfer to the parks and recreation fund was not included, and this provides the appropriation to do the transfer.  The parks and recreation capital fund transfer in from the impact fees fund and the budget for the parks was included in the adopted budget.
CRITERIA BY WHICH COUNCIL MUST CONSIDER THE ITEM
All Changes to the adopted budget must be made by a Supplemental Budget Appropriation.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is money available in the various Funds to cover the proposed budget amendments.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Approve the attached Budget resolution.
