PURPOSE
To authorize City employees who may sign on all financial and investment accounts of the City of Brighton.
BACKGROUND
The City Council adopted Resolution 2011-30 on February 15, 2011 updating the signers on the City's accounts to include the City Manager, Finance Director, and Controller.
Currently, only two of these positions are filled which necessitates adding additional signers on the City's accounts to conduct City business yet maintain proper Internal Controls.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the resolution be approved as drafted.
