PURPOSE:
To appoint by Resolution a youth member to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.

BACKGROUND:
Per City Council Policy, applicants are required to go through an interview process and, upon Board recommendation; members are appointed by the Mayor with Ratification by City Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
A Resolution is attached for the purpose of filling the open seat.
