This Resolution is before City Council for consideration pursuant to City Council’s discussion during the April 1, 2020 Special Meeting.  This amendment to Rule 1A, Regular City Council Meeting, of the City Council Rules of Procedure Governing Meetings is to change the Regular City Council meeting start time from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and to remain consistent with the start time now established by City Code Section 2-4-30.
