BACKGROUND/HISTORY
Sable Blvd. is a former state highway segment that the City of Brighton took ownership around 2011. The work consists of installing underground infrastructure, traffic signal poles, obtaining power, installing controllers, associated traffic equipment, roadway striping, and all other work that is inherent to complete the construction.
