PURPOSE
Requesting City Council’s consideration of a contract amendment to the Lupton Meadows Reservoir Design Services contract between the City of Brighton and Engineering Analytics, Inc. in the amount of $1,171,024 for Engineering Services During Construction.

Pre-bid Services:

Bid question response support
Issue for Construction (IFC) civil plan set and final specifications
Construction phase services:
Progress meetings
Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittal review
