Each Council member has the opportunity to meet with City Attorney Bajorek to discuss his performance with Administrative Services Director Karen Borkowski Surine. Additionally, City Attorney Jack Bajorek’s direct reports, Acting City Manager Marv Falconburg and City Department Directors have the opportunity to complete a performance evaluation form. These forms were submitted confidentially to Director Surine, who compiled the information and submitted a report to Council in Executive Session on 12/17/2019, along with a market rate survey for the City Attorney position.
