PURPOSE
To approve a resolution amending and adopting the City Council Rules of Procedure.
BACKGROUND
The City Council considered a proclamation policy at its meeting May 13, 2025, and updates to the City Council Rules at the meeting on June 3, 2025. Attached is a redline of the City Council Rules to show the updates. The City Council Rules govern procedures of meetings as well as provide guidance on other issues, such as expected decorum of its members.
