The public hearing to consider the request for Final Plat, Vested Property Rights and the Development Agreement for the Prairie Corner Property, was advertised and noticed for July 21, 2015 in conjunction with the first reading of the rezoning request. Per the Land Use and Development Code, the Final Plat, Vested Property Rights and Development Agreement must be continued to the August 4, 2015 meeting so the items can coincide with the second reading of the rezoning. Staff will present a report and draft resolution for the Final Plat, Vested Property Rights and the Development Agreement at the August 4, 2015 City Council public hearing.
