PURPOSE
The City Council reviews and adopts code amendments to the Brighton Municipal Code via ordinance at a first and second reading.  The first reading of the drafted code amendment was held on February 3, 2015.  Following the Council's review and discussion, the proposed code amendment was approved with one revision to modify the language within Sec. 9-38-50 subsection (f) so that unused rooms were not restricted from the cultivation area regardless of the room type, so long as they meet the definition of a 'secured area'.  The attached Ordinance has been modified to reflect the language revisions as approved by the Council after the first reading.
