1. CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Mills called the meeting to order at 8:13 p.m.

2. SWEARING IN NEW CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS

A. Swearing In Ceremony by Judge Kristin Brown

Judge Kristin Brown administered the oath of office to Councilmembers Tim Watts, Mary Ellen Pollack, Kris Jordinelli and Adam Cushing.

3. ROLL CALL

Present: 7 - Mayor Mills, Councilmember Blackhurst, Councilmember Cushing, Councilmember
Johnston, Councilmember Jordinelli, Councilmember Pollack, and Councilmember
Watts

Not Present: 1 - Councilmember Humbert

4. GENERAL BUSINESS

A. Reorganization of City Council (Selection of new Mayor Pro Tem)

Mayor Mills asked each Councilmember if he or she was interested in serving as Mayor Pro Tem and Councilmembers Johnston and Humbert expressed an interest. City Clerk Natalie Hoel distributed paper ballots to all Councilmembers.

City Attorney Jack Bajorek and City Clerk Natalie Hoel collected the ballots, and tallied the votes.

City Clerk Natalie Hoel announced that Councilmember Johnston would serve as Mayor Pro Tem.

B. Swearing In of Mayor Pro Tem

City Clerk Natalie Hoel swore in Councilmember Johnston as Mayor Pro Tem.

C. Comments by New Council Members

Councilmembers Watts, Pollack, Jordinelli and Cushing introduced their families, thanked everyone for their support and expressed their excitement to serve the City in the future.

Mayor Mills welcomed the new Councilmembers.

5. ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Councilmember Blackhurst, seconded by Councilmember Pollack, to adjourn at 8:38 p.m. Motion passed by the following vote:
