PURPOSE
To consider a resolution appointing the City of Brighton City Manager, Jane Bais DiSessa, as the City of Brighton representative on the Board of Directors of the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District (Metro) for a two-year term ending June 30, 2023.

BACKGROUND
As a member agency, Brighton will have one seat on the Metro Board of Directors, and the appointment of such board member must be made by the Mayor and City Council.

There is no financial impact related to this proposed resolution.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the Resolution appointing City Manager Bais DiSessa to the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District’s Board of Directors.
