PURPOSE
Requesting City Council approval of the Parks & Recreation Master Plan Update that was completed by GreenPlay
BACKGROUND
GreenPlay began the process of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan update in March of 2020. The work they have completed includes a review and update of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan from 2008, review and update the Greenways and Trails Master Plan from 2004, and review and update the Brighton Open Space Plan from 2001. These three master plans have been reviewed, updated, and compiled into one usable document.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that City Council approves the 2021 Parks and Recreation Master Plan update.
