PURPOSE
To approve a Resolution to change some appointments of members of City Council to Various Boards and Commissions.

BACKGROUND
On January 18, 2022 members of City Council were appointed to various Boards and Commissions. The Mayor is making changes to such appointments and amending Resolution 22-04. The following board assignments will be changed by of the adoption of a Resolution amending 22-04.
Brighton Urban Renewal Authority - Clint Blackhurst will replace Mary Ellen Pollack
Brighton Housing Authority - Ann Taddeo will replace Mary Ellen Pollack
Adam Cushing will replace Tim Watts as Alternate
