PURPOSE
To approve a resolution amending the City of Brighton Policy Regarding the Interview and Appointment Procedures for city Board, Commission, and Authority Members

BACKGROUND
On March 8, 2022, the City Clerk presented an update to the City Council for the Policy Regarding the Interview and Appointment Procedures for City Board, Commission, and Authority Members. City Council asked for an update to the interview process. At the April 26, 2022 Study Session, City Council considered options regarding the interview process. Based upon the discussion, the City Attorney made changes to the policy and brings the amended policy back for consideration and possible adoption.

• Approve the Resolution
• Request amendments to the policy and bring the Resolution back for consideration at a later date
• Reject the Resoluton
