1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Mills called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
A. Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag
Councilmember Johnston led the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag.
B. Roll Call
Present: 6 - Mayor Mills, Mayor Pro Tem Cushing, Councilmember Johnston,
Councilmember Padilla, Councilmember Pawlowski, and Councilmember
Taddeo
Absent: 2 - Councilmember Blackhurst, and Councilmember Pollack
2. APPROVAL OF REGULAR AGENDA
Motion by Councilmember Johnston, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Cushing, to approve the Regular Agenda as presented. Motion passed by the following vote:
Aye: 6 - Mayor Mills, Mayor Pro Tem Cushing, Councilmember Johnston,
Councilmember Padilla, Councilmember Pawlowski, and Councilmember
Taddeo
Absent: 2 - Councilmember Blackhurst, and Councilmember Pollack
3. RESOLUTIONS
A. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BRIGHTON, COLORADO, CERTIFYING THE BALLOT CONTENT FOR THE SPECIAL MAIL BALLOT RUN-OFF MUNICIPAL ELECTION FOR WARD 1 COUNCIL MEMBER TO BE HELD ON DECEMBER 13, 2022; DESIGNATING THE DROP-OFF LOCATION; AND SETTING FORTH OTHER DETAILS RELATED THERETO
Mayor Mills read the title of the Resolution into the record.
One Candidate received a majority of the votes cast at the Coordinated Election, so there is no need for a Run-off Election.
Item 3A failed for lack of a motion.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Mills adjourned the meeting at 5:33 p.m.
