PURPOSE
To discuss possible updates to City Council Rules.
BACKGROUND
The City Council passed its first procedural rules in 2002 and has updated them every couple of years. These are the procedural rules that guide City Council meetings and expectations of each other. This study session is intended to provide an opportunity for discussion and determine possible changes or amendments to the rules.
