BACKGROUND

In July 2021, the City received substantial hail damage to multiple buildings, most notably the Bromley Farm and all outlying buildings on property, Main St. Creative Arts, and varying well-houses throughout the City. After insurance adjusters provided their estimates, with the help of procurement, the City requested bids for repair. We received three and followed the procurement process for choosing an appropriate bidder. Insurance has provided funds and now we must choose whom to allocate said funds to.

FINANCIAL IMPACT

Due to insurance coverage, there is no financial impact directly to the City.
